Cengiz Berkün graduated from the Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory for Turkish Music in 1999, specializing in Turkish Folk Dance. His passion for Turkish music has driven him to showcase the rich cultural mosaic of his homeland's ethnic dances and melodies. In addition to his expertise in stage production and event management, Berkün is renowned for his mastery of the accordion and *garmon*, while also demonstrating musical versatility through his ability to play various other instruments at an amateur level. A multifaceted artist, he has founded orchestras, conducted choirs, and contributed to the artistic endeavors of diverse dance and music ensembles. He has served as a cultural ambassador since 1993, successfully representing Türkiye at prestigious international festivals and arts events in countries such as Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Spain, Japan, and Singapore.

Alongside his extensive experience in stage production, he possesses significant expertise in providing dance and music education at esteemed institutions. He currently serves as the Performing Arts Coordinator at MEF Schools. He is also an accordionist with the MEYA Orchestra, one of Istanbul's leading orchestras. He serves as an international jury member for the World Accordion Confederation (*Confédération de l'Accordéon*) and as the Vice President of AKORDER (Turkish Accordion and Bellows Instruments Association). Furthermore, he showcases his professional mastery of the *garmon* through impressive concert performances.

• Designing all stage events (ceremonies-celebrations).

• Video production of school ceremonies and advertisements (video shooting, processing and conversion into film)

• Assigning and distributing tasks among art teachers. Guiding the teachers to create interdisciplinary unit plans in line with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), placing students at the center. Conducting teacher observations, planning in service training for teachers.

• Organizing branching in music lessons (string, percussion, woodwind, stringed instruments, music technologies, choir)

• Annual concert organization in collaboration with the 'Antre Foundation & Muziek School Amsterdam.

• Leading the Social Media Club at the school, filming, and producing videos for school advertisements and posts using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Director of MEF Academy of Arts School instrumental and visual arts courses.
